New Target opening soon at the Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield
The Target will be opening soon at the Valley Plaza Mall. I drove by it the other night and it looks really awesome. The store front looks amazing with its new modern look and the surrounding parking lot has been completely made over too. The trees in their new planters make everything look nice and peaceful. The Target will be opening on october 6 and the old Target across the street on Wible Road will be closing on October 5th The new Target is going to be a lot bigger close to 200000 square feet and have a grocery section and a Starbucks. Now their is going to be two Starbucks at the mall one in front and one in back. The more Starbucks the better! The employees of the Wible Target will be offered jobs at the new Target. What is going to happen to the old Target building? I don't know but I am sure it will be pretty empty over there now.

The official grand opening will be on the 10th of October but the Target will Be open on the 6th.
